We propos to think of adult life as composed of two life-cycles, the first from twenty to fifty, the second from fifty onwards.  Carlo Strenger , Ph.D. is a Swiss born philosopher and psychoanalyst, and serves as professor of psychology at Tel Aviv University in Israel. In his first adult life-cycle he trained in philosophy and psychology. He spent more than twenty thousand hours in consulting with people on how to change their lives. His specialty was consulting with executives, entrepreneurs and creative people of all venues at midlife, and to formulate new life-plans with them. He has written four books and numerous scientific articles on psychological and philosophical topics, and he became a world-renowned authority on the topic of individual development.
